Cancellation Policy

We are always as accommodating as possible to assist our clients, however, due to the increased demand for treatments we will be taking £50 deposit on all treatments.

This is redeemable against treatments or products.

Deposits are non-refundable and not transferrable.

However, if you are deemed unsuitable for the treatment by one of our medical team it will be refunded or credited to your account.

We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling any appointments.

Any deposits paid will be retained if 48 hours notice is not given.

If you are running late to your appointment please call us on 0121 630 2339. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after your appointment time we can not guarantee your appointment will go ahead and your deposit may be held.
